I own 2 Anytime Fitness Gyms in Lawrenceville, GA. I have been training for over 20 years. I became a trainer after winning the 1997 Body of Work/Body for Life Physique transformation championship! I have been featured in every fitness magazine, talk shows, tv & radio interviews as well as filmed in the 2 hour documentry "Body of Work". I have a strong passion for helping people acheive their fitness goals but more importantly, helping them through their journey to a healthy lifestyle!
