Namaste! My service is extremely personalized and tailored to fit your individual needs. The practice of yoga is a journey for your mind, body, and spirit, and you will fall in love with this beautful practice! We will begin noticing the power of our breath (pranayama), meditate mindfully, and learn poses and postures that will help you gain flexibility, balance, and core strength. You will be amazed at what your body is capable of and the way you will feel after practicing!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start with a consultation so I can get to know you and your wishes!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been practicing yoga for about 10 years. I decided to get certified and start teaching because learning has been such a gift and I want others to experience what I have been so blessed to experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My lessons are an hour long (I typically go a little over the hour because I am not focusing on the time)..
i charge $65 for each lesson.
How did you get started teaching?
I use to teach in the elementary classroom. I started out getting certified to teach kids because I thought to myself, what is better that combining my two passions! I currently teach kids yoga to schools in my area, but I am looking to focus on my adult clients because I know how amazing yoga has been for me!
What types of students have you worked with?
I am currently working with people of all ages!
Kids to married couples to private instruction.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
At the end of one of our sessions, one of my clients began to tear up during our final resting pose. She shared that she has not felt this peaceful and calm in a long time and it felt so good to feel like herself again.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
You have to find the right instructor! Don't settle! Your personalities need to connect and you need to feel comfortable opening up to your teacher!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Do they have any past or current injuries?
What do you hope to gain from our sessions? Focus, concentration, balance, breathing practices, core strength, mindfulness, releasing tension, stress, anxiety....
