I love to help people feel more connected and free in their bodies through yoga and breath work.
I teach gentle, hatha (slow & holds), vinyasa (flow), and yin (longer holds) yoga.
I practice bioenergetic healing and breathwork. While working with me I will determine your dosha, find out your goals and work with you to achieve them.
I also take aura photos and give readings.
I completed my 200 hour yoga training in 2018 through Johns Creek Yoga and I am almost finished with my 300 hour training.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When we work together we can determine yoga goals and challenges, I'll have you complete a dosha quiz and give you a daily breath work activity to follow.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2018 I completed by 200 hour training to Johns Creek yoga. I am soon to complete my 300 hour training
