I enjoy the most about my work is seeing the clients give 110% of their effort into fitness training. It's raises the level intensity of the workout along with myself becoming more motivated.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The typical process for working with a new student is to first establish myself as a personal trainer. Moving forward I would then get to know the future student's goals, past fitness or sports history along with any injuries. Next, I would get my measurements and ask what type of workout are they best looking to target
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 years of basketball coach, perfrom training sessions at LA fitness, Certified Personal Trainer.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing systems depends on the duration of the lesson and how many days throughout the week will they attend the lesson.
How did you get started teaching?
I got started teaching by interning for my weight training coach in high school.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students that are at adulthood but still become involved in training lessons, also to students who play high school sports and are trying to improve on key aspects.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Prepare to push yourself because that is the only way to grown and improve.
