LeVeL Up High Intensity Training

Welcome to Level Up High Intensity Training where we represent a lifestyle with a balanced approach to fitness, nutrition, personal goals, community, and family life. We provide a fun, encouraging atmosphere where members work to experience real, long-term results both in the gym and in their day to day life. Established in 2011, our gym is home to Peachtree Corners, Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Suwanee, and South Forsyth communities.

You set the goal, we help you achieve it! We recognize that everyone’s journey is a little different and with accountability and guidance from our skilled coaches and community within, you will achieve your goals no matter how big or small. You dedicate 60 minutes of time to us each day and follow our programming and we will educate and guide you every step of the way.

Since 1993 I have seen thousands of people join gyms with the hope of changing their physical appearance only to witness a success story or two. In 2011 we opened LeVeL Up High Intensity training. A class based facility with workouts and trained coaches to change your physical appearance, your mental outlook and your life.

I love being a part of so many success stories. Finally there is a place where every single person that walks in the door will see results. I have seen hundreds of pounds melt away. I have seen high school athletes make the team and get that that scholarship they worked so hard to attain. And I have seen moms become strong and confident again.

Come in and try a class and see for yourself. But please don't be intimidated. You will see a class full of very fit people, but every single one of them walked in our doors, terrified and nervous that they may not make it through their first class.
