About
I have over 20 years of playing and coaching experience. I am a former NFL cornerback. I played for the New York Giants, St. Louis Rams, and the Pittsburgh Steelers. I am also Superbowl XLII Superbowl champion (2007 New York Giants). Most recently, I worked with the New York Giants as an assistant coach.
As a former player and coach, I have over 20 years of football experience. I love to work with young athletes to help them develop their speed, agility, and explosiveness. There is nothing more rewarding to me than helping others reach their goals.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing packages include individual, semi-private, and group training.
How did you get started teaching?
Football has always been my first love. After I retired from the NFL, I coached little league football for 4 years before opening up a gym in New Jersey with a friend. I prefer developing players as opposed to coaching because it is more rewarding for me.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with several professional athletes to help them improve their game. I also work with athletes at the developmental, high school, and collegiate levels.
