January 2016 we opened the doors of our Fitness & Nutrition Center and our CrossFit box. As we are out in the community and more people within the Tucker, Lilburn, Norcross, and Stone Mountain areas become more familiar with our Fitness community and the services we offer, we have been fortunate with steady growth in members that are committed to Gettin' Fit for Life. Our missions statement is: To provide quality personal fitness and nutrition training that improves one person at a time mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually so he/she can focus on him/herself while striving towards a healthy and fit lifestyle which leads to being more effective at home, at work, within his/her community, and at his/her local place of worship.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Initially provide a FREE 1-on-1 NO Sweat Intro Session. Based on your past and current physical fitness activities, as well as your future goals, we plan the best course of action to help you reach your health and fitness goals within the shortest time frame. During this time, we train you on how to live a healthy lifestyle to improve the longevity of your life.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Coach Larry: CrossFit Level 2 Trainer; NASM Certified Personal Trainer; Former USA Weightlifting L-1 Sports Performance Coach.
Coach Alicia: Certified Health Coach, Personal Chef, FITour Group Fitness Instructor, MELT Hand & Foot Instructor, Myofascial Release Foam Roller Certified.
Other Trainers & Instructors on Staff: various health, fitness, & life certifications.
