My goal is to help you create a peaceful mind and live your best life by enhancing your overall quality of living & wellness! I teach Mindfulness, mediation and Yoga. I am here to guide, educate, support & facilitate your experience. Mindfulness meditation can touch every aspect of your life in a powerful and positive way. It improves well-being, physical health, mental health and transforms your relationships. The relationship you have with yourself, others, and of being in the world is one of the greatest predictors of happiness, wellness, and longevity. Let's cultivate confidence, compassion, creativity, peace, awareness, and balance.

In 2001, I became a Certified Yoga Teacher & have taught ever since. In 2016, I completed the UCLA training in Mindfulness Facilitation at the Mindful Awareness Research Center in Los Angeles, CA, and accredited by the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior.
