Here at PTF I like to train athletes and non athletes alike. I train everyone to thier personal level. This ensures safety and progress.

Growing up I played and was a standout in many sports. I now train youth and adults for basketball or football skills. I also train athletes in speed, agility, & quickness along with strength & conditioning. As a sports yoga instructor I also work with flexibility & balance. I do all the things to make a well rounded athlete.

I have been a NASM certified personal trainer 2010, however I started lifting weights in 1994. I have certifications as a Youth Exercise Specialist, also for SAQ (speed, agility, & quickness) training, Corrective Exercise Strategies for Basketball, and Mental Toughness. All through NASM. I also am certified as a Tennis Performance Specialist through iTPA (International Tennis Performance Association) and as a Practical Yoga Instructor through AAFA.

I can come to your house or a park near you, or I also have access to a private gym in Kunia. I do 1 on 1's, small groups, or even full teams. I train any and all ages and levels!

    The level of skill. The diversity of training. This was a team, so Pure Transformation Fitness was able to work on different levels and grow them individually while still being a team. Pure Transformation Fitness was always on time, was always able to be flexible with scheduling - even coming out on holidays, or with a rotating game schedule - including rain. We played basketball so on days it was raining - Pure Transformation Fitness brought rubber balls, which actually made us the ONLY team getting to practice during pre season.
    Pure Transformation Fitness is flexible with what you are searching for. I’m trying to attach a photo- If it attaches you will see all the kids smiling before the game because as hard as they worked, they had fun. Pure Transformation Fitness is a team so they even had a trainer to sit with the kids and give the play by play pep talk. These kids had the chance of a lifetime with this team and they learned skills and fundamentals that will carry with them for their entire basketball interest peak. Final note- I was given daily videos for the kids on the team - they even recorded our games and voiced over the content. I’m impressed all the way around.

    I hired Coach Jordan to help my son get better at basketball. Coach Jordan not only helped him get better at basketball but also introduced to my son I love fitness and helped him become more resilient. Although my son, no longer trained with him, we wouldn’t hesitate to call Jordan again. I consider the ball handling skills, teaches to be his greatest strength as well as the conditioning.     I’ve trained with Jordan since 2014 when my 18+ tennis team had qualified for the Nationals competition in Tucson, AZ. My goal was to build my speed, agility and strength. Jordan has, not only the expertise necessary to plan a workout that suits ones goals, but also to constantly inspire one to maintain focus on and achieve the goal. In addition, he has pointed out ways I can change the way I respond to situations that may impact my attitude (in both positive and negative situations) that could affect my game.     Frequently asked questions

    The first training session is like a long assessment with easier drills to text your balance, strength, agility, and other abilities. The session would be tailored by the goals and/or sport of the international or group.

    NASM certifications: Personal Trainer, Youth Exercise Specialist, Group Personal Trainer, Mental Toughness, SAQ Training, Corrective Exercises for Basketball

    AFAA certification: Practical Yoga Instructor 

    iTPA certification: Certified Tennis Performance Specialist
