1 hour:
35$ for fitness/weigh loss/ exercise
50$ For private self defense lessons
50$ +10$ per person for self defense lessons
50$ for juijitsu lessons
How did you get started teaching?
I've always loved fitness. I learned from some of the best in the world.
After 10 years I became a coach and just kept training.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am training an autistic teenager how to defend himself. He was getting picked on. 1 year later his confidence is high, he is happy and he doesn't get picked on anymore.

Find one that suits your style of being coached.
ask them how they coach..hard, easy, tough love?
