Former college baseball player, NASM personal training certifications, Qi Gong/ Kung fu instructor/ practitioner, In Wisconsin, I had my parents batting cage where I gave Private Lessons to kids 4-19yo for 11 years. January - June is the busy season; at times I gave over 40 hours of private instruction per week. I have been assistant hs varsity and head coach multiple times for 14yo select as well as 11-12yo teams.

Since moving to Chicago I have been training adults to lose weight and gain muscle while becoming pain free. As much as I love working with the adults, my passion, expertise, and gift is communicating and connecting with young athletes. Building their foundation fundamentals correctly from the start. This yields the most fun

As much as I am a “swing doctor” and have knowledge and experience analyzing film, I pitched in college and pursued it the most. I have done multiple pitching programs including Top Velocity 3 day camp in New Orleans.

I also spent a good amount of my career playing catcher and all other positions.

1 hour lessons can include hitting, throwing/ pitching, and fielding/ catching
