My teaching approach:
Music education should encompass music of all cultures and geographical locations. Its importance grows as the student population in U.S. schools continues to diversify racially and ethnically. My approach as a bass guitar instructor is to offer as many teaching/learning tools for students so that they have an open mind when it comes to the many possibilities of learning music.
