Crossfit e-town is a family owned and operated business. We have come together to create a CrossFit family that lends support, encouragement and the tools to help you live a healthier life. CrossFit has changed each of our lives and we wanted the chance to share that experience with you. Our gym is more than a gym…it is a home away from home. This will be the place you sweat and suffer with some of the greatest people you will ever know. The shared burden of a tough workout will lend to relationships that can help shoulder the stresses and struggles of life. We are here to create a new you and to show you what you are truly capable of. Our goal is simple: to create the strongest community possible which will support and create the strongest athletes possible. We want to help you reach outside of yourself and conquer things you never thought possible.

CrossFit e-town prides its self in providing “CrossFit 101” as an opportunity for new members to receive an education on the fundamentals of CrossFit. “CrossFit 101” takes place in a comfortable small class setting and allows all skill levels to learn at their own appropriate pace. Our highly qualified coaches are trained to work with all physical abilities and age groups in order for members to receive a basic understanding of the CrossFit methodology. This will include understanding the importance of technique in fundamental movements, how to maintain proper mobility, understanding how to customize each workout to meet individual needs, and a better understanding of nutrition based on each members fitness goals.
Who: Everyone interested in training at CrossFit e-town.
When: Sessions are offered twice a month and last for 2 weeks. Classes are held Monday, Wednesday, Thursday at either 6:30am or 7:30pm.
How Many Sessions: 6 definite On Ramp sessions. More sessions may be required based on the coaches evaluation of each individual athlete. If a session is missed, the athlete must make up the session with a coach before graduating. Sessions must be completed withing 30 days of purchase.
Cost: $150 (includes first 2 weeks of regular membership).
