What is your typical process for working with a new student?
A typical process for working with a new clients starts with figuring out goals and compatibility. Then via a consultation we will further narrow down you fitness goals, and from there get training started!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am NASM personal training certified. Along with a good amount of experience with training/leading marines under my charge in physical training while in the marine corps.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I train clients out of Snap fitness, south loop. Aside from requiring a membership to train in the facility, which will get you 24/7 access with or without trainer, the membership is $39.99. The rates for personal training is $65 per session if we train together once a week, $55 per session if we train twice a week, and $45 per session if we train together three or more times a week.
How did you get started teaching?
I got started teaching after becoming passionate about fitness not only in my personal life but also while I was in the marine corps. From there I got certified and started doing what I love!
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with all types of clients, female and males all the same. Mainly I've worked with clients who want weight loss or want to build lean muscle mass.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be ready to push yourself, accomplishing goals take a lot of consistency and dedication. Prepare yourself for a lifestyle change!
