My gym offers 24/7 access to cardio and strength training equipment, along with personal training and boot camp classes. Not many places offer all of these things in one location. I also bring a unique twist to my training due to my background in chiropractic therapies and disc rehabilitation. I am a certified chiropractic assistant along with being a certified personal trainer, which allows me to combine knowledge of the spine with knowledge of muscles.
Whether it's weight loss, toning and tighten or strengthening an injury, the most amazing thing is to see the happiness on someone's face after THEY start to see results. That right there is why I do what I do!
I joined Aira Fitness looking for new ways to challenge myself and work on becoming a healthier and stronger person. I’ve attended Bootcamp and each class pushes me to try just a little more to see what I can do. Jaime is right there to push me to keep trying in the most positive and supportive manner. I’ve also had personal training with Jaime and she takes the time to listen to what you want to work on and create a workout that is tailored to your specific needs.
I like the workout, the challenge. Jaime is great in pushing you, adapting the exercise for your needs. I feel so great after each class.
I signed up for the boot camp classes and they do not disappoint. Jaime is a great instructor that motivates throughout the class. Classes are challenging, fun and burn calories. Feeling stronger and slimmer after just a few classes.
I love training with Jamie at Aira Fitness! The boot camps kick my butt! She’s tough but definitely understanding to riders limitations and abilities. Would recommend for sure!
One of the most important things for me is to get to know my client first. The more I know about their goals, their lifestyle and any past medical issues, the better I can help them! I also start with a consultation before I make any training recommendations. In the consult, I will learn what we call GRIDS (goals, routine, injury, diet, supplements). During our first session we will do so brief assessments and then get started with some training! If training a client online, I like to have a few FaceTime sessions to go over GRIDS and some assessment tests in place of doing these in person.
I've been adamant about working out for many years as I quickly realized the many benefits it has for me personally. I had joined a kickboxing studio as a member and loved it so much I accepted a job as a kickboxing instructor and fell in love with teaching fitness classes. Then I was given the opportunity to own my own gym and I knew that was a perfect fit for me!
With my chiropractic experience and my kickboxing experience, I have literally worked with men and women from the age of 16-75. I have special fitness routines for seniors to help increase balance, strength and coordination and I also have routines to increase speed, strength and agility for the young athlete.
