I bring a unique twist to my holistic coaching due to my background in chiropractic therapies and disc rehabilitation. I am a certified chiropractic assistant along with being a certified personal trainer, which allows me to combine knowledge of the spine with knowledge of muscles. I firmly believe in a Holistic approach to coaching and training which includes creating life long healthy habits for the mind, body and soul.
Whether it's weight loss, toning and tighten or strengthening an injury, the most amazing thing is to see the happiness on someone's face after THEY start to see results. That right there is why I do what I do!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
One of the most important things for me is to get to know my client first. The more I know about their goals, their lifestyle and any past medical issues, the better I can help them! I also start with a consultation before I make any training recommendations. In the consult, I will learn what we call GRIDS (goals, routine, injury, diet, supplements). During our first session we will do some brief assessments and then get started with some training! When training a client online, I like to give my client a few options. I can send everything to you via JustCoach (an app I use) and we can communicate through there, or we can have a few FaceTime sessions to go over GRIDS and some assessment tests and do everything by phone.
How did you get started teaching?
I've been adamant about working out for many years as I quickly realized the many benefits it has for me personally. I had joined a kickboxing studio as a member and loved it so much I accepted a job as a kickboxing instructor and fell in love with teaching fitness classes. I have also had the pleasure of working with many chiropratic patients in teaching them proper exercise to do and proper form to prevent further aches and pains. I decided to start offering my coaching services online so I can try to help as many people live healthy lifestyles as possible.
What types of students have you worked with?
With my chiropractic experience and my kickboxing experience, I have literally worked with men and women from the age of 16-75. I have special fitness routines for seniors to help increase balance, strength and coordination and I also have routines to increase speed, strength and agility for the young athlete.
