Veritas Health
About
It is the cheapest professionally certified personal training and nutrition consultation you will find today. I have made my services cheap so as to be able to serve as many in need of direction as possible.
The greatest reward is to see people who were in need of my help thrive and lead a happy, healthy, and more wholesome life because I helped them. That is worth more than money to me. It is why I got into this profession and it is why I am in the process of training with the National Academy of Sports Medicine to become an Exercise Physiologist.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I conduct a physical either at my gym or at theirs and an exercise assessment which typically lasts for about an hour. There are some forms to fill out about your health and eating habit. Safety is my number one priority. No contracts to sign. This is a pay as you go system.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am professionally certified by the National Council on Strength and Fitness as a Physical Trainer and a Nutrition Specialist. I also hold an associates degree and am currently certified in CPR, AED, First Aid for all age groups. I am currently working on 7 further professional certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Once the "in person" assessment is done, all exercise prescriptions and educational articles and videos are posted to a website and phone app. The client will have access to his/her own profile and screen name.
How did you get started teaching?
My desire to empower people to make a positive change in the health life in a way that will not break their bank accounts.
What types of students have you worked with?
All ages from 18 upwards.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Helping a client cure his type 2 diabetes with the right nutrition and exercise.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure the instructor puts your physical, mental, and emotional best interests before his own urgent desire to get paid.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Examine eating habits. Think about a plan whereby you can make exercise possible in a busy schedule. If you fail to plan, you really plan to fail.
