Coach Heyer is very good at meeting individual training needs and she does an excellent job developing stroke technique. She is up to date on the latest training methods. She also is very accommodating with individual needs and schedules. One of her greatest strengths is building community with the swimmers which keeps swimming fun and a positive experience during hardcore training seasons.
