I am a self-taught chef of 30 years in a variety of cuisines, from Italian, and French Country, to Mexican and Cajun.
At the core of who I am is creativity. I beleive cooking is a terrific way to be creative, even though one may not be "artistic".

Really nice guy. Drew up a fantastic menu. Delicious food. I was looking for a hands on experience, and didn’t touch a single piece of food. He seemed a bit flustered and got distracted easily. Overall great food, but not the experience I was looking for.
I use the art of being present to what people are interested in acheiving or having, resulting from our interaction. What people can count on is having fun-a good time, as life is too short for anything less!
