Kundalini Meditation is quite unique. Each one includes a specific hand posture (mudra), eye gaze or visualization, and sound current or mantra (sometimes said out loud, sometimes mentally chanted). Benefits: relieves stress & anxiety, improves sleep & mood, enhances memory & focus, supports building new habits & relieving addiction, activates immunity & digestion, stimulates creativity, and more.
These meditations play the body like an instrument that strengthens the nervous system and neutral pathways within the brain. These aren't "sit-in-silence" and "empty your mind" meditations - that's not real.
We need our beautiful minds to be clear and agile for creative problem solving, rather than engage in the hamster wheel of worry. Anxiety is usually attributed to devoting a lot of mental/emotional energy in a false future. The "what ifs" get loud and fear invades.
In as little as 3-11 minutes, this yogic technology clears the brain fog and drops you into the present. Anyone can do these meditations. They are SO accessible.
I primarily work with those interested in developing a meditation practice, expectant mamas, women & parenting teams trying to conceive, and individuals/families/work teams seeking to optimize their connection and ceativity.

I love seeing the change in students from the beginning of class to the end. I love seeing the change in students from the beginning of a 6-week series to the end. Individuals look younger, lighter, and happier. Many folks say that life is still hectic but it somehow feels less overwhelming. There's a "I've got this" attitude that shows in how they carry themselves.

Standard Rate: $35 / 30-min session and $75 / 60-min session. Special pricing available for 6-session commitment.
I periodically offer discounted promotional rates around the holidays. From Nov - Dec 2021, I'm offering discounted rates for the first 10 slots. $20 / 30-min session, $40 / 60-min session.
How did you get started teaching?
I stumbled upon Kundalini Yoga and Meditation when I was living in India. From the first class, I was hooked! Similarily after completing my first yoga teacher training, I was hungry for more and went on to get ceritifications in kids yoga, prenatal yoga, kundalini yoga, and reiki.

What types of students have you worked with?
I tend to work with a lot of artists, educators, empaths, and parents who are using meditation as a tool to untangle their blocks in creativity, confidence, and low energy levels. Many of the folks I work with hold space for others. This practice helps them replenish their energy so they can show up for the people in their lives.
All experience levels are welcome: Beginners to advanced pracitioners! I've worked with families with five year olds, college students, busy 30-somethings, and folks who are retired.
If you have trouble sleeping, experience anxiety or low energy levels, feel scattered and unfocused, preoccupied with memory lost, trying to regulate your menstrual cycle, feel overwhelmed for large chunks of the day, I can help. These meditation tools work!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I host monthly moon events combining kundalini yoga + astrology, meditation + journaling. We anchor our time together discussing the astrological weather and how it affects us, then participate in movement and meditation that is supportive. After relaxation, we journal and participants are given optional prompts and conclude with another energy work pracitice & sharing.
I love hearing the clarity that comes through when individuals give themselves permission to rest and feel good in the body. It's so powerful to hear the level of self-trust at the end of each event.
