I enjoy teaching and sharing the experiences I've been lucky enough to have with my teachers. Performing is also one of the biggest learning experiences I've had thus far

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
i will begin teaching them the basic fingerings for major scale patterns, along with looking at sheet music and getting them used to looking at treble and bass clefs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My teachers are great at watching my fingerings compared to what's written on the score, along with the music theory and how to analyze the music in my mind before playing it.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
FIRST LESSON IS ALWAYS FREE.
How did you get started teaching?
After being shared so much great knowledge in piano, I want to share what I've learned with you!
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with beginners in college, preparing them for college music auditions. I've worked with pieces such as Bach Preludes, and Romantic era music.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
In my lesson with my private teacher, Jeff, I was performing a movement of a Beethoven Sonata, we do our lessons beside a window. 2 birds flew up at the window and sat during the entirety of our lesson. Such simple moments bring the best feelings.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Never be too nervous to ask questions. That is what a teacher is there for. You can always trust that we will guide you in the right direction. I have a passion for music, and I hope to inspire and bring out your passion in music.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Don't overthink your questions. If you have a confusion in your practice session, feel free to write that question down and bring it to me (or whoever your teacher is!) to help you find the answer.
