Meditation based on Bhagawad Gita.
Our philosophy is a meditation session for half-hour can happen only if the remaining 24.5 hours are reasonably calm. We help with tools to handle your days and use meditation as a way to re-charge and connect with your inner personality.
The result is that you are a person that feels in-charge of your own state of mind. All incidents that happen to you cause minor temporary waves but don't impact your core.
I have been practising meditation for a decade. I have led study groups and meditation sessions as part of a larger organization. I have benefited from it in my busy life as a senior corporate executive and mother. I believe it is possible for each of us to strive for that peace, here and now.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Every session will start with a short enquiry into their mental state and recent agitations.
Depending upon that, we will do one of the types of guided meditations
1. Expansion meditation
2. Reflection meditation
3. Witness meditation
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15 years of study of Hindu scriptures that pertain to meditation.
