I have been involved in & competing in the fitness industry my entire life. I am a Marine Corps Veteran & professional boxer. My life as a full-time dad to an amazing baby boy & baby girl as well as two German Shepherd puppies really pushes me to always strive toward my goals!! My drive & passion to stay fit and help others reach their own goals really keeps me motivated & positive driven!!
