Frequently asked questions

We recommend beginning with a private introductory session.  In this session we will check your flexibility, balance, mind/body coordination, internal organ functions, breathing and your energy circulation system.  Through this session we will know more about your condition and can help you more.  We will recommend the best program for you.  This session takes 45 - 60 minutes and only costs $29  Please join us today.  

I am a certified Body and Brain instructor and healer and health coach.  I have attended training at our training center in Sedona AZ and learned from the top masters of this practice in America.  

I have retired from a 40 year career in corporate America to become a health coach.  

Each student requires a unique approach to address what concerns or desires they have.  

Each person recieves a customized training plan based on their goals and condition.  We offer membership with unlimited classes, ranging from one month to a year.  

Like any practice to make permanent changes time is required.  Our longer term memberships offer the best price per class and average $17 per class, assuming twice per week attendance.  

We do offer break management.  If you go out of town we will put your membership on hold so the clock doesn't run while you are gone.  

We also offer a 30 No Hassle refund.  If for any reason, you are not satisfied all membership fees will be refunded without question.  We do have a $90 non refundable registration fee.  

I was a corporate manager and had a great deal of stress in my job.  I was overweight and not able to loose at all.  I had been taking anti depression and anxiety mediations for over 10 years.  It was suggested to me that I learn to meditate.  

I came in a joined as a member, 6 years ago.  Within 3 months, I was no longer taking my medications.  I have lost a total of 90 pounds.  My ability to teach this practice is a statement to the methods used being adaptable to everyone.  My classes are challenging but can be done by any body condition.  

Our youngest student has been 7 and our olders is 83.  This practice is adaptable to all body types and conditions.  That is why an introductory session is so important.  Many people try yoga, tai chi, or other kind of exercise without knowing what their body condition is exactly.  When we know your body condition we can reccomend the best program for you.  Come and give us a try.  

Ensure your teacher can adapt their teaching to match your body condition.  One size doe NOT fit all.  You need to be comfortable in the space and with the instructor.
