I am a mental health counselor and yoga instructor that is passionate about continuing to understand the mind/body connection and sharing these ways of healing with my clients. The body holds everything and through yoga, we have the power to create release and clarity physically, mentally, and emotionally. I have been practicing yoga for more that 10 years and have been teaching consistently for the last 3 years. I look forward to helping clients discover a passion for yoga and the lifestyle benefits that are unique to each individual!
I love watching people transform their perspetions of themselves and their bodies. I especially love to see the look of true relaxation students are able to find during their yoga practice.
