What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will run the athlete through an evaluation process that will be used to assess the areas that I believe the student can improve in. If there is a particular area that the athlete wishes to focus on, I will create a practice plan to hone in on those skills.
After the initial evaluation, I will recommend the what and the frequency for optimal performance.
