The one most important thing i enjoy is when players come back to me and say Coach you helped turn me into something positive i never dreamed would be possible.I have won National league titles,been in some of the best arenas but nothing is satisfying like when a player says i made him a better person

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
All coaches profess to believe in fundamentals and disciplined execution, but few commit to it on a continuing basis. I am totally committed because I have seen that success at the highest level demands it. Lastly, I strive to impress upon my teams that playing unselfish team soccer
In my first sessions, i want to give the player a chance to show me what they really like to do then we can figure out what needs to be corrected,improved, thrown away or kept etc. Then by the time i am done, there is a total measureable transformation that the player feels in their heart and that they are satisfied with their progress.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a internationally Certified FIFA coach, with alot of other training done in the USA among other places.I have coached professionally and now work mostly in player development and own youth soccer league in Finch Creek Fieldhouse Noblessvile Indiana.
