Skills N Drills
About
I know what it takes to get to the next level whether that be making your middle school travel team, AAU team, varsity high school basketball, collegiate level, and professional level as well.
I played high school ball, college ball, got invited to G League tryout for Long Island Nets. Watched and learned from great trainers who train the top NBA players. I also help train my brother Caris LeVert, Indiana Pacers guard. I've been around the game my whole life and understand that everybody is different when it comes to learning the game. I am very patient with my approach to maximize my player's full potential.
I love seeing my clients grow to have extreme confidence in their game. That is one of the most satisfying thing to see.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My typical process with working with new clients would be do a basic fundamental session that includes ball handling and form shooting drills. From there, I will know what the client needs to work on and create a plan specifically made for them. Also give them extra drills for them to work on outside our scheduled training session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have played or coached basketball since I was 6 years old. I will be turning 26 this year, so that is 20 years of expierience. I have continuously watched top NBA players workout including Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching by being a gym supervisor at a local YMCA. I then noticed everybody kept asking me if I had any tips or pointers for them in basketball. More and more people kept asking from all different age groups. I then made a decision I should start training players to just pass on knowledge and to pay it forward.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all different types of students. I love watching my players have fun while improving their skills.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
This past summer I got to sit in on workouts that included Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, Caris LeVert, Deandre Jordan and many more. To see their attention to detail and see how hard they work day in and day out was a sight to see.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
My only advice to a student looking to hire a teacher in my area of expertise would be to make sure they want you to develop just as much as you want for yourself.
