About
I'm a counselor, coach, and expressive therapist. I use the arts to help women and children self-actualize their greatest self. I'm currently a school counselor and have been working with women and children for over 20 years. I love to use sound therapy in my sessions to help relax the nervous system and realign neurons. I enjoy travel and have presented on expressive therapies, and trauma in India, Africa, and several states. I'm an author and have several self-help books out for adults and children. I'm excited to help you on your healing journey. You can book an individual or group session on my website at www.cre8tiverecovery.com Please follow me on Instagram @tyfaniesmiles and @cre8tiverecovery
I enjoy helping students create their own daily rituals of healing.
