
We have over 20+ years of Coaching and Training Athletes, from 7th grade to College. With several of our Athlets going on to Play College and Professional Football, in the NFL and CFL, and we currently have several players playing at Division Institutions. James Gilber RB playing at Kansas St, and Alfred Armour RB playing at Purdue University, Jason Beck currently preparing to play in the AAF and CFL.

We access what the Athlete is looking for, beit Speed, Agility, Strength, then we work on those needs using different drills each session to add to, and enhance there Athletic abilities. We can put them on a regimented Strength Program, as well as educate them on Supplements that will help them continue to grow physically.

We train on Sundays, with 4 Sessions 1-2pm, 2-3pm, 3-4, 4-5pm.
Single Session(1 HR): $40

With our Coacing at the Highschool and College Football Level, we saw a need in our community for players to get individualized training. Most teams, programs dont specialize or concentrate on individual traininig of Athletes, its more geared towards the total team improvement. We specialize in Speed, Agility, Explosiveness, Strength and Power, and Position Specific Training(IE Running Back/Quarter Back/Dline/Oline etc.). We offer not only Speed, Agility, Explosiveness, but also position specific training so not only are you getting more athletic but you are also getting better at your position, your sport.
