Centered Healing Yoga stands out because every class is personalized for your specific needs and goals. My name is Jessica and I am a 500 hour yoga teacher, verified by Yoga Alliance. I have been teaching for four years and understanding my students and guiding them through they're yoga journey is what I am passionate about. Whether this is your first time stepping on a mat or if your an experienced yogi, I would like to help you unlock your full potential.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When I start working with a student one on one, we'll start by having a conversation about your goals for your yoga practice. And from there, schedule a day to meet for our first practice.
