Our team of physical therapists, physicians, personal trainers, dietitians, health coaches, and massage therapists are here to collaborate and empower a long-term healthier you. Our slogan states “The knowledge to build a better body”; we have that knowledge and ultimately want to transfer it to you.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Health history screen, pain screen, assessment, establish goals, functional movement competency screen, individualized program, reevaluate, Continuation or prepare for individual exercise.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All service staff has either medical license credentials or qualified certifications in their field.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
We have single session rates, 4 month rates, and year rates on all services. Price ranges for all services from $30-$90. We can optimize your time and budget based on your needs.
How did you get started teaching?
All instructors female or male have been through extensive training and school.
What types of students have you worked with?
The Body Structure team has been changing and improving individual’s lives for over 20 years! Few, if any, medical conditions or injuries are too complex for us to address. Our team includes Physical Therapists, Personal Trainers, Dietitians, and Massage Therapist, who are all here to collaborate and develop an individualized plan of care.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Are they doing this to learn how they can impliment into their lives on their own? Do they want to not think about it and know they can just show up and get a safe, effective workout that pushes them to their personally limitations? These two questions are the difference of an educational personal training session or a personal training session. What we would do with you if we only have you for a few sessions is different than if we know we have you for 32 sessions. A lot depends on your exsisting knowledge and how you move.
