What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typically, I will start off with a consultation. Weighing & measuring body fat & then speaking with the client to find out what their fitness/ weight loss goals are...& then putting together the appropriate program for each individual to achieve their desired goals. Everything from working with Kettle bells, weights ,cardio ( HIIT) training & even Yoga & Pilates!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years in the Fitness Industry.
I am a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer/ Fitness Instructor. Certified through: ACSM, AFAA, NETA
i am also a P.E. teacher
I work with ages 5-85!

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes:
10 -30 minute sessions = $300
10 -45 minute sessions = $400
10 -60 minute sessions = $500
How did you get started teaching?
i began as a Fitness Instructor teaching-Step, Kicboxing, Yoga, & Pilates.
I have always loved to dance & move ....started in 1990!

Children-seniors
Athelets / Fitness Competitors -couch potatoes!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
For the last 3 years , I have done a " Biggest Loser/ Get Fit Challenge " @ Tempur Sealy. A weight / body fat loss competition for their employees.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are Nationally Certified & have at least 3-5 years experience
