Kentucky Goju Shorei Karate

We teach Goju Shorei - an American style karate. We offer high quality, effective martial arts training for individuals and families. Our focus is on physical fitness, self defense, application of effective techniques, and character development.

We offer programs for children ages 4-7, youth ages 8-13, and teens and adults. We also work with students that have physical challenges and/or cognitive delays.

Our instructors are all adult black belts and have a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences from teaching in public education to military service - and from the study of dif styles of martial arts to competition at the national level and region level. We believe the diversity in our instructors and the experience they bring creates a great environment for learning regardless of age and ability.

We are recognized by the American Karate Association as well as the Adaptive Martial Arts Association.
