Our journey began in 2009 through a passion to serve those in need to improve the quality and longevity of life.
We are certified nationally through AFAA, ACE, ACSM, 500 hour yoga RYT, Pilates Reformer certified STOTT, NETA, Venice Nutrition

We like to get to know our clients by using an assessment guideline to help measure their needs and assist them in making a clear decision on what services may best serve the results they want to attain.

We offer single and Duets in our private sessions as well as small group training depending on size and length of sessions.

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching after suffering from a back injury and was referred to yoga and Pilates training. It made such a huge difference in my life, I am passionate about helping others!
What types of students have you worked with?
All ages from 5-99. All levels of ability from beginner to advanced to no experience.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find someone who truly cares about your wellbeing who is certified and puts your best interests and needs first.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Why are you seeking these services and what do you want to accomplish?
