My experience as a Personal Coach/Life Coach was not about myself choosing this career path, in my heart and soul feel as if it chose me. From my upbringing and participating in sports from the age of 5 until the age of 25 growing up in the south and moving to the west coast. Becoming a Sports Specific and Personal trainer, middle school coach of both boys and girls teams,an entrepenuer in Marketing and sports sponsorships. I have learned and worked with some of the top coaches and trainers in the country from all walks of life and that experienc shows in my ability to work with both young and old,different races,religions,and beliefs! I am a certified Life Coach that is results driven, i expect and demand excellence in service and results! We break down problems and difficulties and take steps to eliminate them while building habits that help equipt clients to be better prepared in life for potential set backs. We must "win the Day"
Helping people,helping solve problems, bringing confidence and peace of mind in knowing that all things are possible to my clients are what bring me joy! No greater feeling in the world than when my clients give me positive feedback from help ive given them!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
After an initial free consultation by phone which includes diagnostics of the clients needs and expectaions. I will then give a brief overview of what my outline and goals will be in assiting the client in helping take their confidence, careers,and lives in the direction in which they envision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a certified Life Coach, former athlete,entrepnuer in the non profit and start-market. I have won and have been nominated for several awards in my fields which are all standard for myself and the people that have mentored me and in turn that i expect and demand of the people that i work with.

My prices are all dependant on the programs that are agreed and chisen by the client which is prenented to them upon the consultation.
How did you get started teaching?
I have been a Personal Trainer/Sports Specific Trainer or coach/Mentor for over 20 yrs. I began Life Coaching specifically through the urging of past clients and my peers who i helped or partnered with in business practices B2B solutions or personal guidence.
What types of students have you worked with?
My clients have varied from athletes who lack leadership skills and confidence that has been lost through defeat or failure (which should never be the case) and with clients who lack motivation and self esteem from failed marriages,weight gain,and lack of direction.
