200 RYT in 2007, Attend at least 5 workshops, teacher trainings per year. Studying since 2013 for Iyengar Certification.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
75$ per 1.5 hr session.
How did you get started teaching?
the practice has benefited my life in ways i couldn't have imagined which inspired me to share the practice with others.
What types of students have you worked with?
Worked with all different student types from teenagers to 80+ years. All body types, flexibility, all sizes. Educated on modifications for various body types and injuries.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Know your intentions for practice to better find a teacher to fit your needs.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Be willing to talk to your teacher about anything going on in the body. The teacher can be of better service knowing your body - it's ok to not know. Dicovery is a part of the practice.
