Our mission is to help you get fit, stay healthy, and have fun! Through dance, you can open your eyes to movement within your body that you didn't know existed! And most importantly, it is FUN and is for EVERYONE! Whether you have never stepped foot in a gym, or a dance class, if you can move, you can do this!
We specialize in Zumba Fitness® classes, as well as Zumba® Gold, Zumba® Kids, Zumba® Toning and Zumba Sentao®.
We are located at 181 Massachusetts Avenue, 2nd flr in Boston's Back Bay. We are convenient to Newbury and Boylston Street, the South End, Fenway/Symphony, the MBTA and rte 93/90.

The Z Spot is the hot spot for Zumba in the city of Boston! The instructors are so energetic and the positive vibe the studio creates makes it so hard to stay away.

The Z Spot Boston is the best place to go for Zumba and an amazing work out. All of the teachers are extremely talented and make sure you have a good time. Whenever I attend a class I realize that I am smiling for the majority of the time and truly dont even feel like Im exercising because Im having such a ball! Lena is incredible-her energy is contagious. Ive never been so excited to workout and now I am losing weight and feeling so great about myself, all thanks to the Z Spot.
The prices are really reasonable, especially for Boston. Though the studio is on a side street, the classes are never held late at night and it really is not in an unsafe area (there is a childrens daycare across the street!). Its on one of the busiest streets in the South End so dont be afraid to check it out!
