We are 40+ lesson program that my mother started. In the last two years we became a non profit and have expanded many programs such as a homeschooling, preschool program a collaborative special needs work study program with the local school system along with the existing lesson program and 45 year old 4H group. Our mission is to foster the bond between the love of a child and a horse.

The best part about my job is I get to share what I love, our horses with children! I love working with both horses and kids and sharing horses with kids who may not have the opportunity to own a horse.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We take things very slow. Safety is our first priority. We always start students on a lead until they are comfortable. If they are very little or young they will have a side walker to keep them safe and comfortable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been teaching in the educational system and horseback riding for 25 years. My mother who founded our farm has also been teaching both in the educational system and horseback riding for over 45 years.
We both have been involved in 4H for 25-45 years. I am currently looking into my Equine Assitive Learning Certification.
