I have been studying martial arts from the age of 6. I started with Kung Fu and moved on to Teakwondo in my teen. Went into the Army and boxed for about 6yrs. I then finished my tour and started Muay Thai and loved it. I hold a heavy weight title in the art and fought professionally for many years. As I got older I started to work my way up from student to assistant trainer then to Instuctor. I have over ten years of teaching Muay Thai, boxing and kickboxing to children as well as adults. I have thought at my home school Boston Muay Thai, then Hard Knocks Muay Thai and now at my own school Iron Lion Muay Thai & Boxing in Norwood MA. I have train many fighters in the professional and amateur ranks. Look me up and come see for yourself sometime.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
As a new student we will start from the beginning and see what you know. Not all people are the same so we get to know each other as to how you receive information and what I need to do to get that information broken down so you can accomplish your tasks which is to learn the are and increase your fitness level.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have thought many students from children to adults and from amateur to professional with great success. I have been doing this for many years and I also was thought how to teach in the U.S Army as well as from my teachers before me.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Private lessons are $60 an hour but if a package deal is purchased of 10 sessions or more the rate is dropped to $45 an hour.
