they were very patient with me, I was a older student and a bit timid. They gave me the confidence I needed and let me go at my own pace with a little prodding that I really could do a canter without falling off the horse. Bonnie and Doreen also took the time to come with me when purchasing my new horses, which was so appreciated, they knew what would be a good fit for me, After the lessons were over and the horses were home they always had time to answer any questions I had, now 9 years later they are still there to help when I need them.

My daughter has been taking lessons with Bonnie at Vining Hill Equestrian Center for a number of years now. She has worked her way up, with Bonnies help, to becoming a proud horse owner and boarder here. Bonnie has a wonderful way of teacher and connecting with my daughter. She has taught my daughter the love of horsemanship and riding. I am forever grateful for Bonnie and her many years of guidance.

I have nothing but good things to say about this barn and it’s lesson program. I began taking lessons when I was 5 and I am now 20 and have my own horse. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and welcoming. Safety and happiness for both the students and the horses are always a top priority. The school horses are wonderful teachers and very patient. I’m grateful to have called this place a second home for so long.

Myself and my horse have been training with Bonnie for about 4 years. He is now 20, and we are working better together than we ever have. We are also doing the most advanced work weve ever done which is awesome considering his age!

The focus is on horsemanship as opposed to competition. We’ve learned as much about proper care, grooming and stewardship as we have about riding. Bonnie is an excellent teacher who has had a positive impact on my son in immeasurable ways.
