We offer energizing personalized training sessions and lively aerobics classes. Our licensed and certified staff will motivate and inspire you to make healthy choices, work harder, and get stronger. Fitness goals often seem unattainable, but we'll help you by designing individualized fitness programs that meet your goals. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Our process starts with understanding your specific goals then scheduling your fitness assessment. Once the assessment is complete then we discuss scheduling and frequency
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Master fitness trainer. I have been working as a personal trainer for 10 years. I am certified through AAAI/ISMA.

Yes I do. 4 sessions $240, 8 sessions $450, 12 sessions $600
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching as a fitness instructor/ Master trainer in the U.S. Army
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with fitness competitors, youth athletes, 60 and older clients, Clients that their focus was to get healthier. Most of my clients range in age 29 to 55.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
One of my client's reach one of his goals of losing 120 pounds.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Understand that a trainers time is very valuable.
