I have had great success working with people one to one on running, walking and strength training! I work from a positive "will do" attitude and I'm very effective at motivating and helping people formulate what they "will do" vs what they can do. Let's figure out how to reach your goals working with what you "will do" and what fits into your lifestyle!

It's really my passion in life. I know how important it is to get regular exercise and how it improves your quality of life! It really just begins with 30 minutes a day!
