I have had great success working with people one to one on running, walking and strength training! I work from a positive "will do" attitude and I'm very effective at motivating and helping people formulate what they "will do" vs what they can do. Let's figure out how to reach your goals working with what you "will do" and what fits into your lifestyle!
It's really my passion in life. I know how important it is to get regular exercise and how it improves your quality of life! It really just begins with 30 minutes a day! I enjoy helping and educating people to increase their fitness, health and longevity. "You're never too old and it's never too late!"

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Contact them via phone or email. Discuss what their goals are and how they would like to train. Send them a questionnaire and health history form. Do an online or in person fitness or running assessment.
