What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I take a personalized approach to all of my clients so well start wth a consultation and review of your needs and goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my Health Coach verification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2013. I am currently the Program Director for Professional and Continuing Education at the Maryland University of Integrative Health. I have a masters degree in Higher Education and I am enrolled as a graduate student studying Integrative Clinical Nutrition.

How did you get started teaching?
I have a passion for educating others about health and wellness after facing many health challenges of my own. If I can help educate others I feel like my life’s purpose is fulfilled.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure it’s a good fit and that you’re ready to learn and be coached. It may take some effort on your part, by its SO worth the result!
