The Health and Fitness world is a very confusing place. The industry tried to solve this problem by simplifying everything, even the basics. They focused on the key 10%. The problem was that the 10% became the new 100%.
Imagine playing a game where you only know 10% of the rules. Is it possible to win? Yes. Do you expect to win? No. This is why it seems like for some people they can be successful with their fitness lifestyle. But for others, its seems like no matter what they do, they can never succeed. Its only because they are like me. 10% isnt enough. They need more.
I want everyone to have a full understanding of these basic subjects and I want to help coach them through it so they can have a strong foundation. This way reach AND KEEP their goals

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
For those who want to know a bit more, first we would have a Meet and Greet call. This way we get to know each other more. After, I would send you a link fill out a very short Meet and Greet Application. After we have our call, then we would set up a Consultation Call. This is where we would go over all the different types of services. I would send you the New Client Application link before our call as well as some homework so that way we have a great mindset before our Consultation Call.
After you sign up with one of our packages (several for any financial situation, even one of them is free!), we would get set up with the software that comes with that particular package.
After we are set up, now its time for us to start building out our lifestyle. I would build out your training and nutrition regime and coach you through those as well as the Lifestyle Statements. This way we build a real, true and full fitness lifestyle to ensure we reach and keep our goals :)
