Meditation has deeply changed my life, and I am honored to share this practice with others!
I love working with both complete beginners, and those who are hoping to deepen an established practice.
I have been practicing mediation since 2010, and am currently completing my 300-hour certification with the Engaged Mindfulness Institute. I am also a certified Vinyasa Yoga Teacher.
I have participated in several week-long silent retreats in Thich Nhat Han's tradition and in the Vipassana tradition. I offer guided practices such as body scan, loving kindness, mindful movement, and others that are specifically tailored to the client's needs and interest.
I deeply enjoy helping clients integrate mindfulness into their daily lives, and have a special interest in mindful communication.
I love watching students visibly relax as our session goes on, and seeing them connect with their natural confidence and wisdom. It's wonderful to learn about the effects minfulness has on their daily lives.
