the exposition of yoga begins." very first sutra in Patanjali's yoga sutra book. it seems simple and straight forward. But to really understand this more is to understand the word yoga. Yoga means to union, unite. It can count as union of our mind, our soul, our body. Acknowledging this word, this is the begining of our practice. As the exposition of yoga begins, the exposition of our lives begins. And the secret study of our lives starts with humility, no judgement to ourselves or others. That's one of the hardest one, specially to not to judge ourselves. That's the begining of our lives, the exposition of life. So let's start our practice right. With the deepest, sweetest breath to the journey of self-love and self-exploration. Remember, this is a practice of feeling and meeting an edge. Yoga is really not all about the pretty poses and how flexible you are, yoga is about union of your mind and soul. The flexiblity will come in time.
I've started yoga recently and am absolutely passionate about what I've learned so far and still learning every day about this amazing yoga journey. I'm very stoked to share them with you beautifull souls out there. I've mostly had private sessions. I also teach at NIH to the employees there.
I've done 200hr training at lifepower yoga with some amazing mentors. I am going through more hours of training in two month as I will always be a student in this journey.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Open heart and open mind. Those are my first ingredients for working with a brand new student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently study psychology and already have 200hr teacher training done. I am also on a process of getting my 300hr teacher training started. always a student-always excited to learn more.

How did you get started teaching?
I started it with some friends. small groups at the studio when ever I could find the place empty. And then I extended it to friend of friends and so on.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with beginners and advanced students.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for someone who's voice matches your inner voice. trust your intention and go from there.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
First question I would ask is what drove them to yoga.
