I am a living proof of the benefits of this way of life. My fouendation come from more than 20 years as a Contemporary Dancer and then I found Yoga in 2000 as my medicine to cure my body from such a demanding life as a Professional dancer, since then I understood this way of life will change my entire life, as an artist, woman and human being. I've got my Yoga Teacher Trainning RYT200 in 2012 in Orlando Florida and a big step forward in 2019 with my RYT300 at Beloved Yoga School Reston VA, since then I've been sharing around this gift, retreats, wellness centers, gyms, studios, schools, summer camps, senior community.

I have flat rate of $50 an hour and fifteen minutes.
