Roots Yoga
About
Immediately after a yoga practice, I felt calmer and centered. Through continued practice and connection at One Tribe Yoga in Brooklyn, I completed a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training. Since then, I love working with people new to yoga and interested in experiencing a light-hearted yoga flow. Over time we lose the easygoing attitude of our young selves. Through a lighthearted approach, I aim to bring students back to that joyful place in their hearts and strength in their bodies . My class combines sun salutations with grounding poses that mirror the balance of yin & yang in our lives. Can’t wait to meet you on your mat. My favorite part of the class is meeting new people and sharing the magic of yoga.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first step in working with a new student is to ask what they need from the yoga practice. I then design a practice that fits their goals.
