Tripl3 Crown Baseball focuses on the overall development of the athlete. We are focused on developing the fundamentals of every aspect of baseball. Our lead instructors uses his ability to develop players of every level to become better everyday.

Tom Compian owner and operator is a former college baseball player and current college baseball coach with a scouting baseball. So his knowledge of developing players and evaluating talent is creditable.

We are extremely passionate about baseball but even more passionate about the development of our athletes.

We do not make false promises and are very direct with our clients as we feel it is unethical to evaluate a client and give them false hopes.

Our company believes every client deserves quality instruction for development. Our instructors do not believe in just sitting on a bucket and barking out orders or drills but we perfer a hands on approach to develop, where our instructors will get in the cage take swings for visual help or with pitching will catch for the client or have a net set up to be side by side with the athlete to help with instruction.
