What is your typical process for working with a new student?
For groups and parties, we set a date, pic an image and have some fun!! For live online, customers can do supply pick up or use their own supplies at home and follow along using the link that we sent the instructor takes them step-by-step they can ask questions and interact with the other people taking the class. For videos customers can use their own supplies and follow along whenever it's convenient for them if they have a question or get stuck they are always welcome to contact us via phone or email to help them get through any questions they have.
